MEET THE INNOVATION TEAM

Marc has worked in the digital and innovation space for the last 20 years, and has been involved in everything from creating giant sand sculptures for Lynx to robot piñatas to promote a video game launch.

When not eulogising about innovation at Lyreco, and dreaming about how the workplace will change over the next 10 years, he runs ultramarathons and bakes bread.

As both a creative and curious National Account Manager, I'm passionate about collaborating in true partnerships with our customers, driving ethical efficiencies that support their people and their sustainable journey. As innovation ambassador, I'm excited to support our customers, suppliers and people to achieve their full potential and ask- why not?

Falko has been working for more than 4 years in the environment of Data and Digital Transformation.

After finishing his career in professional cycling he decided to bring some good old German engineering skills to the jungle of transformation.

He is an optimist by nature with a strong belief in adaptability, progress and collaboration as a mindset. Falko is on a mission to build bridges between people and technology across generations (when not sitting on his bike of course)!

A hospitality management background turn HR practitioner; Brenda motto in life is Enjoy What You Do, Do What You Enjoy. She believes positive mindset comes with how individual perception on things we encounter in life. As one of the Lyreco pioneer contestant, she see future technology innovation goes hand-in-hand to provided a sustainability environment for the world we are living in. She spends her free time appreciating the ocean; forest; and what nature is providing to this world

Lars works as an Account Manager for contracts that go across Europe. This means that you become very involved in several fields in Lyreco. This means that Lars can have good relationships with many different customers. In his spare time, Lars likes to play sports, especially football.

Veronika is part of the Innovation team for Lyreco Group in Brussels, where she creates content and looks into the upcoming trends around the workplace.

She is passionate about listening to people’s perspectives and finding a common language to bring new ideas into a wide audience. In her leisure time, she does yoga, meditates and goes for hikes in the forest. 

Mickaël has more than 20 years of IT experience. He has successively been a developer, IT PM, manager and even RSI in SMEs.

Mickaël has a passion for both home automation and animals, living as he does, in a farm with 3 horses, 4 ponies, and many smart speakers, he considers himself to be a "Geek Farmer".

His current objective: To make IT simpler.

José has been working for more than 12 years in different sales management roles. Currently he’s responsible for the project management office in the Benelux.

Jose is very interested in business models, strategy and execution with a strong believe that corporate companies can learn and benefit from start-up & scale-up mentality for change.

Enjoying burgundy life with his family is what he loves most. He can therefore be found regularly behind the gas stove and the barbecue.

Krzysztof delivers technology power to the people working in domains: IT Management / Data Exploration / Processes Digitalization & Automation. Always amazed how short list of functions and algorithms create simple solution for complex problems. Driven by people with passion and values, nature and mountain biking.

Stella is part of the Finnish team, where she is involved in innovation and digital marketing. She believes in 'human first' approach and is interested in futurism and anything creative. She loves cats and has two persians who are her trusty assistants working from home.

Laurent is working in IT for more than 22 years, starting as a developer and becoming IT Project Manager since then.

He's convinced that from a human perspective, people can bring a real added-value when working on Core activities, instead of spending time doing recurrent tasks that could be handled by automates.

In his daily life, Laurent finds peace of mind by playing music (keyboards, guitar), reading and drawing (landscapes, comics characters, cars...).

Annette has worked with innovation and digital business development for years, and is now Head of Innovation and Change for Lyreco Norway. She is passionate about great user experiences and development of new business models and concepts across customer segments.

In her spare time, Annette is the typical Norwegian who loves cross-country skiing and long walks in the forest or mountains with her dog, as well as exploring new destinations and cultures around the world.
